MANE HAIR UK RETURNS POLICY

At MANE Hair UK, we want you to love your hair. If you need to return an item, please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we can only accept returns for exchange or refund if the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all ties and security tags intact. Any attempt to remove and replace ties will void the return.

If you have ordered the wrong shade or length, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@mane-hair.co.uk with your name and order number. We will provide a returns form for you to print and include in your package.

Returns must be sent via a reputable courier or a tracked postal service at your own cost. We are not responsible for lost returns and will only process refunds or exchanges once the item has safely arrived.

A £2.00 repackaging and recycling fee per product will be deducted from refunds.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your hair extensions are faulty due to a quality issue, you must report this within 30 days of purchase to info@mane-hair.co.uk. We will assess the issue and advise on next steps.

Please note:
Human hair extensions are a consumable product, and wear over time is expected.
We do not accept responsibility for reduced hair performance if MANE Aftercare has not been used.
Products containing keratin, protein, or bond builders must not be used, as these can cause dryness, breakage, and knotting due to the hair’s chemical processing.
Colour fade/change is not considered a fault—ash tones and rooted areas will naturally fade with wear.

If an item is faulty upon delivery or the incorrect item was sent, please email us, and we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.

TRADE CUSTOMERS

Trade orders may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of receipt.
Returns over £500.00 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Returns under £500.00 will have a £2.00 repackaging and recycling fee per product deducted from the store credit.
Returns over £1000 must be pre-authorised by MANE Hair UK before sending.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Salon Professional Deluxe Colour Rings and Swatches are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds, store credits, or exchanges (if approved) will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your return.
We do not offer free returns—shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable service for security.
